Since 1971, Hopelink has served homeless and low-income families, children, seniors and people with disabilities in the north and east King County, WA. With service centers in Redmond, Bellevue, Kirkland, Shoreline and Sno-Valley (Carnation), we are the largest nonprofit organization in the area. Hopelink programs and services focus on five key areas: food, financial & energy assistance, housing & family development, adult education & employment and transportation/mobility. Programs are aimed at helping people achieve stability, and helping them gain the skills and knowledge they need to exit poverty for good.

Hopelink has immediate openings for DART driver throughout King County at our Kent and Kirkland, WA location. This position will operate days, evenings and weekends on a fixed route with a flexible service area.

Get paid while you train for a new career in driving!

As a subcontractor working with King County Metro, Hopelink will pay your wages and training onsite in preparation for your CDL Class C with passenger endorsement license. Applicants with CDL A/B/C passenger endorsements are encouraged to apply!

The Customer Service Representative works closely with clients over the telephone in a nonprofit call center environment to determine eligibility for transportation and other services. Join a team of co-workers passionate about Hopelink’s vision to end poverty and promote self-sufficiency for all members of our community. The Customer Service Representative accurately configures account information in the database and develops an appropriate solution with the client to meet to their needs. Serves as first level of client complaint resolution.

SummaryThe Facilities & Maintenance Manager oversees and manages all Hopelink building maintenance and repair and procurement of property and supplies, under the supervision, direction and oversight of the Director of Facilities. Acts as project manager of tenant improvements and general construction; manages contract compliance of all services related to building maintenance, oversees Maintenance Technicians and performs hands-on work at the properties when needed.

Summary:
The Development Coordinator provides administrative support to the Development and Communications teams by supporting team activities; scheduling meetings, preparing materials, maintaining supplies, assisting with various fundraising/donor events, appeals, mailings, backup data entry, management of department SOP’s and policies as well as special projects as assigned. The Development Coordinator provides responsive and positive customer service to internal staff as well as volunteers, donors, and community members. The ideal candidate will bring a basic knowledge of fundraising, thrives in a fast-paced environment, is committed to teamwork, and is able to adapt to changing priorities. Strong organizational skills and a proven ability to complete administrative work with a high degree of accuracy is a must. This position will report to the Director of Development, Operations.

Summary: The (ON DEMAND) Shuttle Van Driver provides safe, courteous and on-time transportation to customers in vans, minibuses or small buses, adhering to traffic regulations and maintaining schedules/routes. The driver communicates respectfully while providing excellent customer service to passengers. The Shuttle Van Driver must meet these qualifications: • Be at least 21 years old at the time you apply • Hold a valid Washington driver’s license, have a minimum of two years of experience providing customer service to the general public • Have an acceptable good standing driving record at the time of offer • Have reliable transportation to work • Be able to speak and write in English • Have an acceptable work history and employment reference and good driver's record Be available for early morning and late afternoon shifts.
